Job Description: Technical Consultants
Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with global system integrators as the main point of contact and advocate. Understand their business strategies and priorities.
Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive alliance strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify new market opportunities through partnerships
Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential global system integrators as partners based on capabilities and alignment with business goals. Negotiate and establish partnership agreements.
Alliance Governance: Maintain effective collaboration and alignment through governance frameworks. Monitor partnership performance against goals.
Sales Enablement: Support joint selling efforts with necessary training and resources. Position the company's offerings as part of a comprehensive solution.
Co-Marketing and Demand Generation: Develop joint marketing programs and initiatives. Coordinate co-marketing activities and events.
Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key executives at global system integrators. Engage in regular strategic discussions.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape related to the GSI business.
Reporting and Analysis: Regularly update partnership performance and track key alliance metrics.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and support. Ensure smooth integration and delivery of joint solutions.
Adhering to SLAs like response time of an email & chat. ASA for calls & etc.
Performing as per set standard on metrics like C-SAT, AHT, FCR, schedule adherence, escalation threshold, quality scores, & etc.
Client value addition, prioritization of issues, VIP support and calculating business impact are basic expectations from the person who would work in this role
Process incoming service requests, incidents and change requests and formulate appropriate response
Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails
Triage and troubleshoot issue(s) reported on all applications.
Report and record any new defects on all applications.
Communicate with end users including external (non- Deloitte) client users, this includes contacting Partners, Directors and Senior Managers from client organization
Troubleshoot and resolve technology related issues on technologies such as MS Office, and custom-built applications primarily on Microsoft stack (ASP.NET, C#, Active Directory and DPASS)
Provision user accounts for external (non- Deloitte) client users
Have passion on technical knowledge learning and be a quick learner
Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information in a timely manner
Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed, in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Have demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing work and adjusting to changing business demands
Exceptional attention to detail, relevancy, authenticity, and accuracy of information gathered; ability to structure, organize and synthesize data quickly with the end-user perspective in mind.

Technical Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in partner development and management.
2. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results.
3. Understanding of technology alliance partners, services, and ability to rapidly engage their lead account and industry partners.
4. Minimum Education - Bachelor’s Degree
Base Location - Chennai
