Role: Mid-Senior Architect (5-8 Years Experience)

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and documentation of high-rise residential projects, ensuring they meet the project brief, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Use Revit to create 3D models and construction documents for projects, coordinating with other team members and ensuring that all drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other team members on their work, helping to ensure the project stays on track and meets client expectations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is progressing according to plan, making changes and updates as needed to keep the project on track.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes that may impact the project schedule or budget.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is given the appropriate level of attention and resources to ensure success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to the design and delivery of projects.
Mentor and train junior architects and interns, helping to build the skills and capabilities of the team over time.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, helping to build and maintain the company's reputation as a leading architecture firm in Hyderabad.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from a reputable institution.
5-8 years of experience working as an architect, with a focus on high-rise residential projects.
Strong design and documentation skills, with a portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate a high level of quality.
Proficiency in Revit, with the ability to create 3D models and construction documents.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also working effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to high-rise residential projects in Hyderabad.
Experience mentoring and training junior architects and interns is a plus.
