Specific Technical knowledge / certifications – Basics of Telecom, networks

Shift Timings – UK shift

Must have Excellent written and verbal Communication skill

A good team player & good Customer experience /satisfaction.

Ownership & responsiveness towards the assigned work

Collaboration with team and other stakeholders
